I would like to talk about movies in this blog. I am sure that everybody has seen a movie in his or her life, and there are absolutely a lot of people who like movies or love movies. I, myself is one of the people who love movies. After the communication with my friends who love movies as much as I do, I realized that people love movies in different ways, in their own ways. For example, I have my own expectations of a movie, if these expectations get fulfilled, then I can count the movie as a good movie. The aspect I care the most of a movie is the story itself. I think a good movie will present a very interesting story inside it and also there would always be a truth underneath the story. The truth must be covered by the story but there is always a clue for people to find it, believe it, and then spread it. I think the second aspect I care the most is the actor’s lines. I guess the good lines in a good sad movie can make you cry even you are not seeing the movie but only when you’re listening to it. You can feel the emotion through the lines of the characters even in the scripts. For instance, I would like to recommend a movie names “You’ve got mail”. I consider this movie as a very good movie because this movie is a very warm movie, and it also tells us that we need to be tough when we are facing the fights in our lives, and we also need to face the emotions in our heart then figure out which is the true love of our life. Before this, we need to stand on our own feet and fight for our life-long love. In this movie, the most part I love is when the feminine lead in this movie is feeling confused and helpless, she says:”Sometimes I wonder about my life. I lead a small life. Well, not small, but valuable. And sometimes I wonder, do I do it because I like it, or because I haven't been brave? So much of what I see reminds me of something I read in a book, when shouldn't it be the other way around? I don't really want an answer. I just want to send this cosmic question out into the void. So good night, dear void” I always remember this line when I am confused and unhappy, and this line makes me think about my own life, it teaches me how to figure out the difficult situations in my life.
I think this is the enchantment of good movies.
